Resilience Yoga Yoga combines Reiki, asanas, pranayams, shatkarmas, relaxation techniques and meditation. Resilience Yoga goes a long way in preventing diseases like asthma, diabetes, cancer, obesity, arthritis and gastric problems
 
Yoga: Open to Members & Non-members with reference
Days : Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays. Timings : 7am to 8 am
 
Artistic Yoga combines asanas, pranayam, mudra, banda, kriya and meditation, which is created in a manner to serve people with or without injury under one roof. This form of Yoga helps one to avoid mental stress, cervical problems, backache, knee-pain and slipped disc. It also helps in weight loss and strengthening muscles
 
Open to Members & Non-members.
Days : Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays. - Sessions every hour from 8am to 12noon, 6pm to 8.15pm
Tai Chi combines ancient Chinese form of coordinated body movements focusing on the cultivation of internal energy. Its aim is to harmonize the mind, body and spirit, promoting both mental and physical well-being through softness and relaxation. When practiced correctly the movements (or Form) of tai chi appear rhythmical, effortless and in continuous flow.

Days - Tuesdays / Thursdays / Saturdays - 8am to 9 am & 7pm to 8 pm
